Holidays in Term Time
A ‘Leave of Absence Request’ form must be completed and returned before the holiday commences, by parents/carers who decide to withdraw their children from school to accompany them on holiday. You can print off a copy of the form by clicking on the link below or alternatively collect a form from the school office
Please note that no holidays taken in term time will be authorised and requests may be referred to the Local Authority, where in turn Penalty Notices may be issued.
