Keep up to date with events taking place in school by looking at our Newsletters and the calendar on the website. You will also get information sent home from your child’s class teacher.

The children will go on a varity of visits during their time at Glynwood. Most will be as part of a topic they are doing others will be for fun or as a reward.

You will be given information in advance of all visits your child will be going on.


Year 2 enjoy their Wallington trip

The Year 2 children had a great time on their visit to Wallington Hall. They learned lots linked to their topic of "100 years ago" and saw olden day objects in the house. There was also just a bit of time for extra fun in the play areas. A great day....

Year 6 enjoy outdoor day!

Empty classroom day in Reception

We decided to plan a variety of water activities for the children in Reception to enjoy on Empty Classroom Day this year. There were paddling pools, water pistols, a sprinkler, ducks and guttering, water trays and ocean creatures, water painting and bubbles to blow....
