EVENTS & VISITS
Keep up to date with events taking place in school by looking at our Newsletters and the calendar on the website. You will also get information sent home from your child’s class teacher.
The children will go on a varity of visits during their time at Glynwood. Most will be as part of a topic they are doing others will be for fun or as a reward.
You will be given information in advance of all visits your child will be going on.
Year 5 are enjoying their Forest School sessions. Today we played a camouflage game, used tools to make jewellery and pencils and then had a fabulous campfire. Next week will be the last session for this group.

Science club has continued for the Year 2 children. This week we made our own sherbet and then played with an exploding volcano. We are having great fun. 2 more sessions to go.
Year 1 have been enjoying tennis sessions from a real coach. We’ve had great fun. Y

Red Nose Day in Nursery!
Year 2 have been really enjoying science clubs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So far they have made bath bombs, soaps and cinder toffee.
The year 1 children have enjoyed playing golf with a professional. Well done everyone. Enjoy golf
